As aSeniorEngineer,you will bringa high levelof technical knowledgeas well as strong mentoring abilities.You willbecounted on as a leader in your technology space as youcontributetoall areas of development and operations (pre-production toproduction).You willwork closely with a Technology Manager, using your experience and knowledge to guide a team of Engineers thoughtheirday-to-dayprocess,and provide a central escalation point for production concerns.Youwill be part ofanAgileproduction release team and mayperformon-call support functionsas needed.As aSenior Engineer,youwould be a primary caretaker of production systems and wouldmaintaina deep understanding of how delivered products are functioning.

• Are a main contributorin Agile ceremonies
• Provide mentorship andfacilitateengineering training for a teamofEngineers
• Performand delegateengineering assignmentsto ensure productionreadiness is maintained
• Conduct research to aid in product troubleshootingand optimization efforts
• Conduct research toguideproduct development and tools selection
• Provide an escalation point andparticipatein on-call support rotations
• Activelymonitorkey metrics and report on trends
• Participate inourEngineering Community of Practice
• Contribute to project engineering design and standards verification
• Perform reliability monitoringand supportas needed to ensure products meet guestexpectations

• Completed Bachelor’s degreeor diploma (or equivalent experience)inComputerScience, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
• 5+years of experience
• Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best-practices .
• Experience developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses and other relevant domains such as manufacturing &logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services
• Ability to assume the leadership/mentorship of Engineers
• Ability to Implement cloud-based data warehousing and analytics solutions
• Builds scalable and modular applicationsusing Java springboot Microservices architecture for distributed systems.
• Develops robust backend solutions with Java to power enterprise-grade platforms.
• Designs and manages NoSQL databases using MongoDB for high-performance data storage.
• Enables real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture using Kafka .
• Architects and deploys secure, scalable applicationsleveraging AWS cloud services.
• Applies domainexpertisefrom Ecommerce background to enhance digital product strategies.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $123,500 - $162,100 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
