- Work cross‑functionally with backend, frontend, product, design, and QA teams.
- Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
- Collaborate on robust new features, APIs, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure customers receive a white‑glove experience with our products.
- Fully own the development of features across client, server, service, and database layers.
- Develop high‑quality, responsive web applications with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express; experience with NestJS, Vite, and Next.js is a plus.
- Design and implement server‑side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express.
- Create client‑side React components, hooks, stories, and tests.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres.
- Build reusable, modular components that promote code reusability and scalability.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Have at least 4 years of full‑stack experience focused on TypeScript development.
- Are an expert designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications with the listed technologies.
- Thrive in a collaborative, remote‑first culture and appreciate teamwork and camaraderie.
- Own projects independently while excelling in a team environment.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Are passionate about solving customer problems and troubleshooting issues.

- Have experience with SaaS products that run 24/7 on major cloud vendors.
- Have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Know testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Storybook, React Testing Library) and automated testing (Cypress).
- Are familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
