About the job - Content Marketing Manager

Join the Marketing team, where you’ll have the opportunity to help grow our content marketing programs, helping us drive 40% year-over-year growth in 2026. This is a new role that combines content writing with editing and distributing content across channels.

  • Produce a diverse range of content marketing materials including blog posts, social media posts, landing page copy, webinars, video scripts, customer stories, and data-driven reports.
  • Write long-form (2,000+ words), in-depth, well-researched blog posts that match our SEO technical briefs, and provide value to our audience of internal communications professionals.
  • Build relationships with experts and influencers in our space and act as the editor for guest posts on our blog and LinkedIn.
  • Lead the execution of our content calendar and publish multiple high-quality pieces every week.
  • Plan and execute our organic presence on LinkedIn to grow and engage followers, highlight our customers’ wins, and bring our company culture to life.
  • Work closely with our SEO consultant and marketing team to ensure that all assets are optimized for SEO, LLM discoverability and conversion.

About you:

  • You have experience in content creation and storytelling and have tested various content mediums (webinars, blog posts, reports, etc).
  • You’re an excellent writer and editor who understands the role of content in a B2B marketing strategy.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Understanding of how AI can enhance (not replace or substitute) content creation.
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all copy shines before hitting “publish”.
  • You have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a desire to test new, out-of-the-box ideas.
  • You’re able to join us in our Toronto office (3 days a week).

How you can stand out:

  • At least 3+ years of experience creating content or working on a marketing team in B2B SaaS.
  • You're proud of some of the high-performing content marketing you've already produced in your career, and have quantifiable results to show for it.
  • You're a marketer who knows that "content" means more than just blog posts.
  • Bonus points: you’ve worked in an internal comms or HR role.
