We are seeking an experienced Sr., Lead & Salesforce Architect to join our team in a tactical capacity, working closely with an existing Salesforce development team to address backlog management, feature enhancements, and system optimization.

This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a focus on best practices, refactoring, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and optimize Service Cloud functionality to improve customer and agent experiences.
  • Design and implement Apex triggers, batch processes, and integrations to support business requirements.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for improved user experience and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze existing code and features to identify inefficiencies and technical debt.
  • Refactor and optimize Apex code, LWC components, and system integrations for maintainability and scalability.
  • If needed, improve data model design and query performance to enhance overall system efficiency.
Best Practices & Technical Advisory
  • Provide technical leadership and enforce Salesforce development best practices within the team.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing frameworks, and version control strategies.
  • Recommend and implement design patterns and scalable architectures to support future growth.
  • Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other Salesforce Developers to prioritize and resolve backlog items.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to ensure agile development workflows.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and provide quick resolutions for production issues.
Technical Skills
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Service Cloud, Apex, and LWC.
  • Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong proficiency in Apex triggers, batch jobs, REST APIs, and custom LWC development.
  • Service Cloud & Call Center Solutions: Deep understanding of case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel routing, and CTI integration.
  • Code Refactoring & Best Practices: Experience in clean code principles, code refactoring, and optimizing system performance.
  • Salesforce API Integrations: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.), and external system integrations.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, version control (Git), deployment tools (SFDX, Copado, Gearset).
Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (mandatory).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and optimize existing features.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience – Comfortable working in an Agile development environment with backlog management and sprint cycles.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
