• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn vision into a tangible roadmap each quarter
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering, developing web apps, and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks like React
• Experience in developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability
• Understanding of product and design lifecycles, with experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs

• Experience working on front-end teams in the finance or compliance space
• At least 1 year of experience in developing React Native mobile apps or assisting in transitioning existing native apps to React Native
