Senior Manager, UKG - Project Manager

• Lead client‑facing end‑to‑end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project and financial management.
• Develop project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or related field preferred.
• Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the WFM space.
• Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Professionals currently holding UKG certifications are preferred.

The expected base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
