We are seeking an experienced Structural Superintendent to lead the construction of structural steel and cladding for a crusher facility, including structural steel installation within the processing building. The role is camp‑based on a rotation schedule (e.g., 14 on/14 off, 18 on/10 off) with a travel allowance provided, and involves working 12‑hour days.

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to erecting structural steel and installing cladding
• Oversee structural steel installation inside the processing building
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Lead and mentor site crews, subcontractors, and trades
• Manage schedules, resources, and workflow to maintain project timelines
• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Liaise with project management, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues proactively

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in structural steel construction, including stick‑built steel and cladding
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman on industrial construction projects
• Journeyperson certification in a related structural trade is preferred (Ironworker, Metal Fitter / Fabricator, Welder, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of structural steel erection, welding, bolting, and cladding installation
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in industrial environments such as processing facilities, mining, or aggregate operations is an asset
• Must be able to work in a camp‑based environment
• Valid WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, etc. safety tickets
• Pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
