Product Designer

This is a 100% full-time, in-person position based in our spacious office in Toronto at Yonge–Sheppard.

PheedLoop is a Toronto-based software company powering event and conference technology used worldwide. We’re profitable, growing, and looking for a Product Designer who can turn ideas into thoughtful user experiences. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product and engineering team to design new features, refine existing ones, and help build a more consistent and scalable design system. On a small product team, your work will directly shape how our customers interact with PheedLoop every day.

• Product Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
• Design System: Contribute to and gradually take ownership of our component library and visual patterns.
• Design Handoff: Prepare clean, dev‑ready design files and collaborate with engineering throughout implementation.
• User Experience: Review the platform for UX issues, gather feedback, and help propose practical improvements.
• Documentation: Keep design files organized and maintain clear notes, specs, and component usage guidelines.
• Cross‑Functional Support: Work with product and engineering to ensure features feel cohesive, usable, and consistent.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with UI/UX practices and share ideas that improve our workflows.

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and prototyping
• Good understanding of interaction design and usability fundamentalsAbility to communicate design decisions clearly and work closely with developers
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in growing alongside a small product team
