Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Facilities and TFO, the Team Lead, Field Services will be a collaborative member of the Operations solutions that satisfy business and operations requirements through the implementation of leading best practices in an assigned geographic region. This role requires an on-site presence. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Responsibilities
  • Prioritizing and assigning work intake and escalations
  • Working closely with the business on requirements and deadlines
  • Working with the PMO and RMO on project requirements
  • Resolution Management
  • Change Management
  • Coaching your team toward their development goals
  • Daily Management
  • Execution of defined and specific customer service requests and customer project tasks
  • Execution of field site preventative maintenance
  • Provide timely service reporting
  • Execution of lifecycle activities for end‑user devices, endpoint network switching and Microsoft server hardware
  • Collaborate with Facilities on site hardware lifecycle and standards
  • Grow the JDI IT brand with superior customer service
  • Build relationships with our customers and vendors
  • Manage regions field support partnerships
Qualifications
  • Education: University degree or college diploma
  • Valid driver’s permit
  • Analytical problem‑solver
  • Expert knowledge of desktop applications: Windows 10, Windows 11, Teams, Office 365, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, SCCM remote control, Juniper remote access, Apple OS
  • Expert knowledge of end‑user computing technologies: desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets (both Android and Apple)
  • Knowledge of video‑conferencing technologies
  • Knowledge of server hardware, Microsoft Server operating systems and Cisco edge devices
