As BBA continues to grow, we seek a project manager familiar with consulting engineering to meet increasing client needs. Responsibilities include:

• Providing influential leadership for project success.
• Planning, leading, and controlling project delivery to meet mandates and client satisfaction.
• Managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively resolving technical, financial, schedule, and human resource issues.
• Managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are implemented by trained personnel.
• Maintaining quality of professional services per quality management practices.
• Participating in business development and proposal creation.
• Maximizing resource utilization and team development.
• Selecting personnel to control technical risks collaboratively.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• 20 years relevant experience
• Experience managing medium to large EPCM/EPC projects in mining/heavy industry sectors
• Experience with preliminary studies and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong project management methodology knowledge
• Excellent time management and decision-making skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (English and French)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• PMP certification (asset)
• Experience with construction sites, international projects, joint ventures (assets)
