Role Description- A career as a US Business Immigration Analyst / Law Clerk offers a unique opportunity to help multinational clients adopt a strategic, holistic, and people‑first approach to US immigration legal services.
- As part of a dynamic team of US attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts, you’ll thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Our affiliation with Vialto Partners—the world’s first tech‑enabled, people‑first global mobility company—enables us to provide integrated solutions across immigration, tax, business travel, compensation, and remote work compliance.
- Working under attorney supervision and with empathy and precision, you’ll help manage the end‑to‑end process of securing US employment‑based visas, petitions, and benefits for global organizations and their talent.
- As a Business Immigration Analyst (Associate level), you’ll play a key role in preparing and submitting employment‑based immigration petitions and benefits requests for large multinational companies and emerging businesses, as well as their noncitizen employees and family members.
- Prepare and draft US employment‑based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including PERM applications and adjustment of status filings.
- Respond to client questions and support attorneys in client meetings.
- Stay current with US immigration laws, policies, and procedural developments.
- Utilize innovative tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the client experience.
- Engage in ongoing self‑development and apply feedback to support continuous growth.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all work products.
- Apply critical thinking and data‑driven insights in casework and client communications.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with adaptability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrate integrity and uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
- 1+ years of experience in US employment‑based immigration.
- Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid and remote options available, depending on candidate location and business needs.
- Compensation Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, years of relevant experience, level of education, and overall qualifications.
