The Technology Design, Architecture, & Cybersecurity (TDAC) Division is seeking two full stack developers to design and implement a Secure File Transfer Service (SFTS) that enables the secure exchange of large or sensitive files between internal teams and external partners. The platform will provide robust, scalable, and compliant file-sharing capabilities, ensuring business continuity and security compliance. The selected resources will deliver the minimum viable product (MVP) and integrate it into the organization’s technology ecosystem.

• Provide senior full-stack development services to the SFTS team, working on both front-end and back-end development using modern technology stacks, platforms, and tools suited for containerized and virtualized applications.
• Design, create, customize, integrate, configure, test, implement, or otherwise develop features and functionality contributing to the SFTS MVP.
• Perform database management including data modeling, querying, optimization, and maintenance to improve data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Develop, test, and maintain build systems, CI/CD frameworks, supporting virtual and container technology, ensuring high resiliency and high availability of applications and services.
• Develop processes for automated testing, packaging, deployment, and promotion of cloud-ready applications and services.
• Ensure the SFTS MVP meets robust authentication processes by configuring and integrating a centralized entry point for authentication via different identity providers.
• Conduct code reviews and data model analysis to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, estimation exercises, demos, and community presentations, including stakeholder demonstrations of MVP components.
• Work with the client’s team to update and refine documentation throughout the project.
• Attend all agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews, providing updates on work related to the SFTS MVP.
• Assist with developing materials for Agile rituals, including documentation and technical overviews for stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and code reviews to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Establish communication channels for the incoming team to ask questions and seek clarification.
• Ensure the incoming team has the necessary resources, access, and support to take ownership of the project.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Redis, Postgres DB, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Experience with libraries for large file uploads (Resumable.js), antivirus software (ClamAV), messaging systems (NATS or Kafka), log federation tools (Splunk or Kibana), object storage solutions (S3), authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0), container platforms (OpenShift, Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Database management experience including data modeling, querying, optimization, and maintenance.
• Experience developing, testing, and maintaining build systems, CI/CD frameworks supporting virtual and container tech, ensuring high resiliency and availability.
• Experience in building automated tests, packaging, deploying, and promoting cloud-ready applications and services.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in security-focused software projects, adhering to secure coding practices.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in projects with centralized authentication via multiple identity providers.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality code, data models, and documentation.
• Substantial experience with agile development methodologies and rituals.
