As part of the growth of its cloud engagements, Cortex Génie Humain is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Architect to design and guide robust, secure, and scalable cloud architectures for large-scale clients.

This role is strongly focused on architecture design, technical expertise, and delivery team enablement, working closely with Project Managers, technical experts, and client stakeholders.

• Design target AWS architectures aligned with business needs and best practices
• AWS migrations
• Application modernization
• Cloud infrastructures
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and resilience standards
• Act as a technical reference for internal teams and clients
• Challenge technical choices and recommend optimal solutions
• Support engineering teams during critical phases (build, test, cutover)
• Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams
• Contribute to technical planning, risk identification, and dependency management
• Produce clear, structured architecture documentation
• Participate in technical and executive presentations when required
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture
• Strong experience in AWS architecture
• Experience in external client / professional services environments

• Strong mastery of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, security, networking)
• Solid understanding of EUC / VDI environments (Citrix, AVD, WorkSpaces)
• Excellent analytical and architecture design skillsClear, structured communication
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments
• Bilingual French/English is a strong asset - but French is not necessary for the role

• Cloud: AWS (advanced), Azure (operational), GCP (nice-to-have).
• Serverless: Lambda, Azure Functions (nice-to-have)
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor (nice-to-have).
• CI/CD: Git, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
• Cloud infrastructure or security certifications
