Information Technology Business Analyst

Our Toronto based client is seeking an IT Business Analyst with a project‑management skillset to join their team.

CA$65.00/hr – CA$70.00/hr

• Develops business cases for new solutions
• Identifies and analyzes business needs for assigned IT/OT initiatives
• Drives stakeholder engagement and communication through business presentations and reports
• Collaborates with IT Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams to manage inbound non‑standard IT requests
• Supports financial planning and management for IT/OT systems
• Creates and maintains documentation and procedures to ensure effective IT systems and processes
• Assists with rate applications
• Coordinates, documents, and oversees Records Management Program
• Performs operational routines

• Minimum five (5) years or relevant experience in IT Project Management, IT Governance or IT Strategic Planning roles
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to the identification of effective business solutions to meet the business goals of the organization
• Internal and/or external consulting experience in a utility or customer service environment
• Well versed in the application of IT/OT solutions to work management and business processes

6‑month contract to start, with possibility for extension.

Rate: CA$65–$70 per hour for an incorporated consultant (based on 37.5 hours/week). 3 days per week in office mandatory.
