Edge banding Operator

We are currently seeking an Edgebander Operator/Machinist to join our growing organization .
Main Responsibilities:

• Operate the edge banding machine to apply decorative edge bands on melamine or laminated panels.
• Read and interpret production plans to ensure parts comply with specifications.
• Adjust machine settings (pressure, temperature, speed) according to materials and types of edge bands used.
• Inspect the finish quality of produced parts and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform basic maintenance on the machine and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the cutting, CNC machining, and assembly teams to optimize production flow.
• Comply with health and safety standards in the workshop.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an edge banding machine operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing workshop.
• Knowledge of panel materials (melamine, laminate, MDF, etc.).
• Ability to make precise mechanical adjustments and read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality focus.
• Team spirit and autonomy in task execution.
