Maintenance Worker

Résidence Cité Rive is located on the banks of the Rivière des Prairies, in the Rivière des Prairies borough. This residential complex comprises 5 phases, spread across 5 apartment towers, for a total of 850 units.
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in the common areas and apartments.
Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• All other related tasks
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
• Make service calls
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• knowledge of the regulations concerning government certification of seniors homes (an asset)
• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
