Full Stack Developer

General Mission of the Role  

The position of Full Stack Developer (React / ) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. The employee is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical digital platforms used by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors. 

In addition to strong technical expertise, the role requires advanced business analysis skills in order to translate operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions. 

Required Profile and Skills  

Languages 

• Turkish (min C1). Professional proficiency required for direct communication with clients and partners in Turkey 

• French (min C1). Professional proficiency required to support operations and expansion in French-speaking markets 

• English. Working proficiency required for internal communication and documentation 

Technical and Professional Requirements 

• Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, including practical development of dashboards or internal tools 

• Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, particularly in operational or CX environments 

• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation 

• Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is an advantage 

• Comfortable working in fast-growing, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders
