The
Solution Architect
will lead the technical architecture and product ownership of their D365 F&O ERP transformation, integrating with Yavica for a specialised real estate functionality. This permanent role will evolve into a central enterprise architecture function, bridging ERP with adjacent platforms including Anaplan, OneStream, HR, CRM, and Microsoft Fabric.
Responsibilities
Lead design and build phases of the D365 F&O ERP implementation across 16 jurisdictions
Act as internal product owner for D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals
Validate technical decisions and ensure architectural integrity across the ERP landscape
Collaborate with implementation partners (KPMG, Yavica) to challenge designs and reduce reliance on external consultants
Define and manage deltas from standard configurations, ensuring scalability and compliance
Support go-live activities, starting with France in Q2 2026, then rolling out across multiple countries over 2 years
Drive continuous improvement and enhancement post-implementation
Develop enterprise architecture strategy across integrated systems including future CRM, HR, and facilities management platforms
Build internal capability and technical landscape vision beyond the current project
