As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers – installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team.
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality service with a focus on the first‑time fixes
Provide technical support and training to customers
Manage and optimise car stock inventory
Build strong customer relationships though effective communication and a professional approach
Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisationAccurately record service activities in line with company guidelines
Be empowered to grow your skills and shape your career
Collaborate with supportive service teams that values your input
Qualifications You’re a creative problem‑solver who sees the world through a customer’s eyes. You’re collaborative, courageous and ready to take on new challenges.
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills (electrical/mechanical)
A customer‑first mindset and great communication skills
Confidence using IT systems and managing your time effectively
A proactive, self‑motivated approach to learning and development
Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)
Further Information Competitive salary: Salary to be dependant on experience
Location – Field Based North West England Postcodes
