Job brief We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Team in supporting our rapid growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity. You’ll be responsible for optimizing sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision‑making.

Identify trends, forecast sales, and implement strategies to improve sales performance

Ensuring that sales processes are streamlined,
Make data‑driven decisions to increase revenue
Ensure that sales tech stack is fully utilized to achieve business targets
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer‑related processes
Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity
Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems
Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision‑making
Manage the overall sales tech stack, including CRM and other sales tools

Requirements and skills
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations
Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management

Experience with sales tech stack management
