Choice is seeking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure and Security Analyst, we are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst with a strong emphasis on Cybersecurity. This role combines traditional infrastructure responsibilities; supporting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems with critical cybersecurity duties such as monitoring for threats, implementing security best practices, and assisting in compliance and incident response. Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and support core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Connect. Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and configuration updates to ensure performance and security. Assist with hardware and software deployments, lifecycle management, and capacity planning. Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures. Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 years working in ICT, at least 2 of which as part of an Infrastructure / 3rd Line role. Experience of hosted cloud configuration, administration and licensing - preferably Microsoft Azure. Previous experience in the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016 and above, Active directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
