Key responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee – Business Analyst / Developer
Conduct sales, purchasing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain databases, reporting tools, and analysis dashboards
Collaborate with teams across the business to improve processes and efficiency
Design data‑driven insights to support strategic business decisions
What we are looking for in our Graduate Trainee – Business Analyst / Developer
Minimum 2:1 Honours Degree in Maths, Science, Computing
At least Grade B (A Level) in Maths or equivalent quantitative qualification
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) would be an advantage
