Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary client contact , managing 4–5 accounts and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Oversee
3–4 outbound campaign launches per project
each month—crafting compelling outreach copy and templates that convert.
Lead weekly client calls, share campaign updates, and provide actionable insights.
Manage and collaborate with researchers and SDRs to maintain project timelines and quality.
Handle
2,000–3,000 contact imports per project per month , tracking KPIs and achieving
5+ appointments booked per project .
Contribute to campaign strategy—analyzing results, refining targeting, and brainstorming new ideas.
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) records, generate weekly reports, and ensure accurate documentation across all projects.
Fluent English (C1/C2) —strong written and verbal communication is essential.
3+ years of experience
in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
1+ year of client-facing experience , managing communications and strategy.
Proven ability to thrive in
fast‑paced startup environments
with multiple priorities.
Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with CRMs (preferably
HubSpot ) and data‑driven reporting.
A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
