Manchester City Centre (office based)
£25,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £40,000 PLUS guaranteed commission for £250 for your first 3 months
We are hosting an assessment day on Tuesday 27th of January with a Monday 2nd February start date.
The Portfolio Group are working with an award winning health and wellbeing provider who are looking to grow their sales team. They are a dynamic and growing company, committed to delivering exceptional business solutions. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a drive for success. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Sales Consultant to join our vibrant Manchester office.
As a Business Sales Representative you will:
Engage with potential clients via telephone to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Provide detailed product information and handle objections effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
To be successful as a Business Sales Representative you must have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
