Flexible, Mature Part-Time Server

Mandolino's Artisan Pizza is a well-established, scratch-focused restaurant in downtown Davidson, NC, known for exceptional food, smooth operations, and a mature, respectful team environment. We are seeking a dependable, professional Part-Time Server to support our front-of-house team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a positive, low-drama setting and is looking for occasional or limited weekly shifts, with the opportunity to pick up additional coverage when available.The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.

The Server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks to guests, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a great fit if you're someone who:

What We're Looking For

• Age 21+ (must be legally able to serve alcohol)
• Previous serving experience
• Calm, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Team-oriented and drama-free
• Availability on Monday and Thursday evenings (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to pick up extra shifts when needed
• Pride in guest service and supporting the FOH team
