Job Overview

**This is a night shift position.**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning duties in warehouses or manufacturing facilities as required.
• Assist with custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Carry out basic facilities maintenance tasks to support the overall upkeep of the building.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management to address urgent needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
