Your Responsibilities

As an essential part of our team, you will:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and staff
• Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and take messages
• Assist with visitor check-in and direct guests to resident rooms or departments
• Support office staff and departments with clerical tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk environment
• Uphold confidentiality and provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is:

• Professional, dependable, and personable
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with basic office technology and phone systems
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
