Having a passion and vision for dirt work excavation, he decided to focus efforts on site projects for residential homes, multifamily units, driveway and road prep, land clearing, septic installation, utility installations, and other light commercial projects.

Seeking:

We are searching an experienced CDL A- Tri Axle Driver. As a CDL driver you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to/from the jobsite. You will work closely with the job foreman to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while upholding our high standards of safety and quality. The candidate who fills this role will be operating a brand new 2026 Western Star Tri Axle truck loaded with features to enhance the driving experience. Key Responsibilities

• Tri axle dump truck experience required (10-wheeler dump experience considered)
• Safely transport materials (dirt, sand, gravel, topsoil, debris) to and from project sites.
• Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure the truck is in optimal working condition.
• In- depth knowledge of DOT regulations and the ability to comply with all safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including time, materials, and site details.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Operate and maneuver in tight spaces, ensuring proper handling of large loads.
• Work in coordination with project teams to ensure timely and efficient material deliveries.
• Must be able to load & unload process (without assistance).
• Must have experience loading, securing, and hauling heavy equipment.
• Must be a team player willing to help wherever needed.
• Must be able to operate a wheel loader & pull a tag along (trailer)

Must Have:

• Valid CLD A License with a clean driving record
• Experience with Tri-Axle Dump Truck with Tag Trailers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Clean background check
• Up to date on DOT medical card
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical & drug screen
