Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex construction projects within the aerospace and defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects with stringent security requirements, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects aligned with client goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government clients.
  • Ensure adherence to security and safety standards related to defense projects.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee project documentation, contract management, and change control processes.
  • Foster a safety culture on the job site and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical construction.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of defense industry compliance, including ITAR and security protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (if required).
