Project Manager

Job Summary
Stockmeister Construction Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in supporting project managers, estimators, and office personnel to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

This is a salary-based position that is generally office or desk-based.

Duties

• Assist project managers and estimators with day-to-day project coordination.
• Manage the purchasing of materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize materials to be picked up and delivered from the warehouse as needed.
• Prepare and process project submittals, RFIs, and subcontracts.
• Handle miscellaneous project management tasks and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in the construction industry (field or office) will be considered.
• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
• Proficiency with computer systems and project management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per year
