Position Overview
We're looking for an Art Director who can bring bold creative vision, elevated taste, and strategic thinking to our brand. You'll lead the visual storytelling across campaigns, digital channels, packaging, and direct mail, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, elevated, and true to our brand DNA.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to concept and execute visuals that drive engagement and sales, while inspiring emotional connection with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative DirectionLead concept development and visual execution for brand campaigns, product launches, lookbooks, photoshoots, retail stories, and seasonal storytelling.
- Hands-On Graphic DesignIndependently design a wide range of brand assets—including digital ads, emails, social content, lookbooks, packaging, and presentation materials—while also leveraging external designers when needed. Strong graphic design skills are essential.
- Brand StewardshipMaintain, elevate, and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital, print, social, and experiential channels, ensuring consistency in tone, color, typography, and overall aesthetic.
- Photoshoot LeadershipOversee all aspects of creative production, including concepting, casting, styling, location selection, on-set art direction, and final image selection and retouching guidance.
- Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing, copywriting, product design, and e-commerce teams to ensure visual alignment across all storytelling and brand initiatives.
- Design OversightReview, refine, and approve creative layouts, graphic systems, color palettes, typography, photography, and motion design to ensure all work meets brand standards.
- Trend & Culture AwarenessMonitor design, photography, fashion, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
- Vendor & Partner ManagementCollaborate with external photographers, stylists, agencies, illustrators, freelancers, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life on time and on budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative direction — ideally in fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, graphic design skills, campaign art direction, and elevated brand storytelling.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) and familiarity with motion/short-form content creation.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing creative excellence with deadlines and budgets.
- Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, typography, and color.
- Experience directing video and motion- a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce and social media creative best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Love for fashion and design.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
