Your Role:
- Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards, ensuring timely and thorough reports.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Encourage patient engagement by emphasizing the importance of care plans and home exercises.
- Track and improve metrics like patient appointment rates and satisfaction.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants as appropriate.
- Actively pursue professional development, including leadership training and continuing education.
