We specialize in a diverse range of therapies, including orthopedics, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall risk management, neurological conditions, and aquatic therapy. Your Role:

• Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards, ensuring timely and thorough reports.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Encourage patient engagement by emphasizing the importance of care plans and home exercises.
• Track and improve metrics like patient appointment rates and satisfaction.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants as appropriate.
• Actively pursue professional development, including leadership training and continuing education.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado (required).
