Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehice to deliver floral products across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load, unload, and organize flower orders, ensuring proper handling of delicate floral arrangements.
• Prepare flowers for delivery by packaging according to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Load flowers onto delivery vehicles efficiently, managing heavy lifting and moving tasks with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Execute route driving with precision, maintaining accurate delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service at each stop.
• Assist in house activities including inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deliveries, report issues, and ensure a seamless flow of operations.

Experience

• Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with flower or perishable goods is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely during loading and unloading processes.
• Knowledge of route driving best practices to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification is a plus. Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
