Construction Project Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers and field teams from bid through close-out. The ideal candidate has experience in construction project support and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change order tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and agency representatives
• Support project scheduling, material procurement, and delivery tracking
• Track and organize plans, specifications, addenda, and as-built records
• Monitor project milestones and support punch list / closeout process

Skills

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of construction practices is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Previous experience in construction or construction administration preferred but not required.
• Construction Safety Knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
• Familiarity with cloud-based file storage and organization (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
