Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced family entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management abilities, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior experience in food handling, cashiering, or the family entertainment industry is preferred but not required. This position involves customer interaction, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service by processing transactions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
• Upsell items to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, andbarcade spaces in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage register operations with basic math skills
• Follow food safety procedures including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between cashiering, cleaning tasks, and customer service duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in family entertainment, cashiering, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS and Intercard iCashier is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
• Ability to work efficiently in a family entertainment setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
