Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques to deliver innovative cocktails.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience.

• Experience in brewing or knowledge of various brewing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing.
• Background in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
