Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to privacy standards.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and proactively resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hospitality management standards by delivering consistent service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with international guests.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Experience in hospitality management or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability and professionalism. Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
