Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential customers via telemarketing, inside sales, and CRM software tools
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems and update customer information regularly
- Assist in developing sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and opportunities in B2B sales environments
Experience
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and business development activities
- Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing strategies is advantageous
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and technical sales concepts will be beneficial
- A proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
