We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, and Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing team. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers via telemarketing, inside sales, and CRM software tools
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems and update customer information regularly
  • Assist in developing sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and opportunities in B2B sales environments

Experience

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and business development activities
  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing strategies is advantageous
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and technical sales concepts will be beneficial
  • A proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $35, $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
