We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes efficiently while maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients
• Support catering events and special functions as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety protocols

Experience

• Experience in restaurant settings preferred
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
• Knowledge of menu planning and meal assembly processes
• Proven skills in food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
• Culinary experience including knife skills, meal preparation, and food service operations
• Experience in catering or serving is advantageous
• Familiarity with the food industry standards and kitchen workflows

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
