Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place Santa Cruz. The Night Auditor will handle overnight front desk responsibilities, including processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include reconciling daily financial transactions, conducting nightly audits, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. The role requires ensuring hotel operations run smoothly during night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations.
• Knowledge of handling Reservations systems and efficiently managing booking inquiries.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and the ability to reconcile financial transactions accurately.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality or management are a plus.
