Digital Marketing Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to join our Dallas office. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their career in digital marketing. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple channels, supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business growth. Experience with analytical chemistry or environmental sciences is not required, but would be of benefit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO).
• Create and manage content for company websites, blogs, and social platforms.
• Support analytics reporting by tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Help manage digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (recent graduate or upcoming graduate).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data tools (Excel, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Mailchimp).
• Internship or project experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
