Affinity Healthcare is seeking a Creative Director to lead our healthcare marketing, brand strategy, and creative design efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with experience in branding, digital marketing, and creative team leadership to shape how our organization connects with patients, employees, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen Affinity Healthcare's brand presence across digital, print, and experiential platforms
- Oversee healthcare marketing campaigns, content creation, and patient engagement initiatives
- Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking, to maximize visibility and search rankings
- Ensure brand consistency, storytelling impact, and compliance with healthcare communication standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative direction with organizational goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Record of creative leadership, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing
- Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
