Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description
Duties

• position follows a school schedule (day time hours/time off etc.).
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Provide parent training sessions when needed remotely or during school hours
• Provide training and supervision to other staff members within the district
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans as needed
• Commitment to providing high-quality care in a compassionate manner
