Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace culture while aligning HR initiatives with our strategic goals.

Duties

  • Facilitate new employee orientation sessions to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Support employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, using platforms such as Paychex or ADP
  • Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entries and manage HR documentation in compliance with employment & labor law standards
  • Contribute to change management projects by supporting organizational design, succession planning, and strategic planning efforts
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, including conflict management and resolution strategies

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and HR sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll platforms such as Paychex or Paylocity
  • Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and training delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills in project management and workforce management
  • Experience in benefits administration, affirmative action planning, and performance management processes
  • Competence in data collection, data entry accuracy, and reporting for HR analytics purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
