Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher (2-3 year olds) to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting child welfare, and supporting the developmental needs of young children. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure a positive learning experience that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth.

Requirements

BA in Early Childhood , Masters in Early Childhood or

Study Plan Eligible as per Article 47.

  • Associates in Early Childhood and currently enrolled towards a BA in Early Childhood.
  • or Ninety or more undergraduate college credits and one year classroom experience teaching children in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten or grades 1-2; or 14

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote early childhood education.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with parents to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
  • Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56, $68,652.00 per year
