Bartender (Full-time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As our Full-Time Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to collaborate with the Food and Beverage staff and engage with customers will be key to creating memorable experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash register operations accurately, processing payments and managing tabs as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during catering events or special occasions.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering stock when necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health standards.
• Stay updated on drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles within restaurants or nightclubs is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus; certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
