We're looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to make an impact in their community.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll:

• Support individuals with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, transportation, household tasks)
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Follow personalized support plans (ISP, PCSP, BSP)
• Keep accurate documentation and reports
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
• Administer medications (with certification)
• Respect confidentiality and uphold individual rights

Schedule Options

• 8-hour
• Evening, and overnight options (12a-8a or 4p-12a)
• Weekend availability is required

(Must be available to work one weekend per month.)

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (proof of insurance required if using personal vehicle)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred but not required — we will train you

All hires must pass a background check, and cannot be listed on the TN Abuse or Sexual Assault Registry.

Training & Certifications

We provide paid training and certifications:

• CPR / First Aid
• Medication Administration
• Professional Crisis Management (PCM)
• Relias eLearning
