Supply Chain Manager

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you'll drive supplier performance, inventory planning, logistics, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in aligning supply chain strategies with business goals while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production and customer needs

• Build and manage strong supplier relationships while driving cost savings and quality improvements

• Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules

• Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Champion continuous improvement, lean practices, and supply chain risk management

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)

• Supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in manufacturing a plus

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management

• Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and lead cross-functional teams

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; APICS/CSCP or Six Sigma certification a plus
