Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and bottlenecks.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or scale up existing ones.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and flowcharts.
• Evaluate, specify, and procure new process equipment and technologies.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and data acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for facility or equipment layout
