Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management across the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Lead demand planning and production scheduling to align manufacturing output with sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Optimize logistics and warehousing operations for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the supply chain.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
